Faygate branch

4 doors

Got quote for 4 doors. Phone on Friday to order the doors. Said they would be here Thursday. I said really need them for Monday. I said okay. They say let me see what I can do. Phoned me Monday morning said the doors would be here in an hour. Went to pick them up. They had driven to other Howdens to get me my doors. Got all four doors. Finished job. Monday afternoon. Happy customer and happy me.

Faygate branch are attentive

Faygate branch are attentive, pleasant to deal with, have a positive, can do, welcoming approach. Also, quick to help and provide a resolution. I have seen a marked change with customer relations in the branches i visit regularly (about 6) in recent months.
