Great Offers are ON…

Went to store where there was confusion as to the deal I was after, saying it was not on/ they had no stock of the white silicone only clear…. That was after I had asked for white. So we said we would accept clear, on the offer. A box of clear was found and it was paid for. There was no problem with the purchase but just confusion as to the offers of the week that had been sent out as emails the week previous. Very good and conscientious staff in this store.

Disappointed

Was very dis appointed with the treatment by the manager. Had door, returned, size different, to be collected later. It took time for us to collect it. We weee refused to have it. They had put it back into stock as we could not collect for a period. The manager wanted me to pay again, if I wanted the door, at original price. No reason why we still could not be given the door even if put back into stock. They must have sold it. We lost on a door we had paid for. Have never had a issue before Have used the Feltham branch for years purchased loads of kitchens.
