Dream kitchen

After just 2 meetings I now can have my dream kitchen from Howdens in Fenton Stoke-on-Trent.Even though we no Blaize Lycett she remained professional all through and was very knowledgeable throughout our meetings.I am looking forward to having it built,can't wait!

I really like the Fenton branch of Howdens, all of the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They give good advice about which products are best to choose and they go out of their way to make the shopping experience with them as easy as possible :) thanks for all your help over the past few weeks Lorna :)

End to End Kitchen Customer Care

Our kitchen was designed by Ruth with thoroughness, patience and innovation. We started the process long before we had the builders slot communicated and so she could have been forgiven for thinking we might not go ahead. She always made us feel that we were her main priority despite the fact that I’m sure others were using her skills too. She went over and above what could be expected on so many occasions which we are so grateful for. Ruth made the stressful 2 months of having the kitchen done much easier being happy to answer questions very promptly - often outside working hours. The quality of the kitchen is exceptional and the touches she suggested really work. I have to give a shout out to the delivery man - Sam - too. He had to make 2 trips (we have difficult access) and did it with good humour and a really pleasant approach. I really can’t recommend Howdens - Ruth in particular - enough.
