This is my second Kitchen supplied by Howdens. I give them the room dimensions and they provide 3D options. We tweak it a few times and in under a week the final drawing is done and ready for delivery. Its a easy stress free process because they know what they are doing, full stop. Prices are very competitive and the quality is great. Something for everyone too.

Kelly fenton store went above and beyond this week for me.

Kelly and her colleagues have gone above and beyond this week when my previous washer dryer leaked in my kitchen after returning from holiday. As it was out of warranty and had it 5 years it was time for a new one ASAP as I had a mountain of washing to do. Luckily she had the new but same model in stock and had it delivered within the hour. I explained my husbands health issues and she was very understanding and kind and helped a bad day not get any worse. In a day and age where all too often the people that could help you but choose not to go the extra mile for their customers I was dealt with profrssionally, compassionately and genuine kindness. It may appear on your balance sheet as "a good sale" but I got so much more .... and excellent customer service and thankyou Kelly, Paige and the team at Fenton who all helped a middle-aged damsel in distress who had just had some awful health news about her hubby. I applaud you and thankyou very very much Mrs Leigh. Trentham.

Excellent Customer Service

We first met Blaize from the Fenton branch at the beginning of the year when she came to help us design our new kitchen. She was professional, very knowledgeable and such a friendly, helpful person to deal with. We had an idea what we wanted but there were things we hadn’t thought about, she gave us excellent advice without being pushy. Our questions were answered quickly and when we asked if our fridge freezer could be delivered before our kitchen it was not a problem when do you want it? We are really pleased with our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens for the supply and we’d definitely recommend Blaize to design your new kitchen.

brilliant from start to finish

Cant recommend enough, Mark P and Fenton Howdens was great from start to finish, he supported us through the kitchen design process for about 2.5 years from inception to delivery - we had to wait for our builder to be available for 18 months but this wasn't an issue for Mark - doing designs and plans, meeting us at our home and at the howdens Depot when we wanted. I think Mark was as invested in our kitchen design as much as we were - nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to find solutions to our needs.

Fantastic support and delivery
