I purchased new kitchen cupboard doors from Garretts Green depot (Allendale) and I must say I'm absolutely delighted with the product and service provided by Aaron and the guys /Adam and Sean and a high end product! Ill certainly be back - thank you guys 👍

I don't live in the Birmingham area…

I don't live in the Birmingham area anymore and needed a kitchen quick for a house and Howdens went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Delivered quickly, helped when I needed extra bits. Brilliant service from all the staff at this branch. I would definitely use this branch again.

Awful

Shocking service… Quality just as good as the service👍 Used Garretts Green, Arron. Had multiple damaged items. Been in contact with the him multiple times back and forth. Had no contact since Christmas. Absolutely disgusting. Customer service not bothered to respond either. Left out of pocket, given false hope & damaged kitchen doors. Go elsewhere

Fantastic customer service

I would like to take the opportunity to personally thank Angie and Adam for going above and beyond with help and advice that is greatly appreciated. 1st Scouts Group of Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham would not have been able to get as far as we have with our renovation project with without them going above and beyond with excellent customer service.
