What an absolute professional and friendly company from start to finish. I was recommended the Gateshead Stadium branch and Rebecca was my appointed designer. Rebecca came to my home, tied in my ideas effortlessly to the Howdens range and brought my ideas to life. Rebecca was super friendly, inspirational and came up with some amazing ideas I’d never have thought of. I now have my dream kitchen and credit lies enormously with Howdens.

Poor Luxury Flooring

Howden’s luxury flooring is laughably poor quality. It scratches easily and moves when you walk on it. When you raise this with company under their guarantee they tell you it isn’t covered. Evidently their luxury flooring is only good to look at. Don’t walk on it or put anything on it. Don’t buy it, would be my recommendation.

Customer experience is outstanding

Purchased skirting board and from walking in the shop the young lad was super helpful, friendly and put me at ease. The wood wouldn’t fit in my van and I was advised I needed to cut the wood myself but due to a bad shoulder I was unable to do this. After checking with management the 2 guys in the warehouse kindly did this for me. I have to say the customer service this shop gives is outstanding. Recently a bad experience with a workman who left my house in a bad way and your staff have made things so much better with the advice and help they offered. Thank you! What a super team of people.
