Very reliable!!

Howdens always have what I'm looking for and the staff are very helpful. Whenever I order anything and notice missing part in my order, Howdens always replace it. As a general builder, it's my favourite shop.

I visited he Cambridge Read branch…Gil is a superstar!

I visited he Cambridge Read branch today to enquire about some parts. The staff were very helpful and especially Gil. She went out of her way to give me names and contact numbers of where i could find parts which I've been looking for over 4 weeks. Not only did i find the parts later on this afternoon from Gil's contacts but i saved a lot of money. This is what "going the extra mile" means for customers.

The staff were so so helpful

The staff were so so helpful, they did everything they could to help us very near to closing time on Saturday . Sean I believe the manager who knew his stick and solved the matching problem instantly, and Ayten who was very helpful and polite on the phone , and went above and beyond when we finally found the showroom . We are too quick to complain , these two members of staff need to be recognised for their help and support to fulfill my needs it made all the difference ! Thank you them both I will be placing my order on Monday as we did run out of time .

Customer service was very good but…

Customer service was very good but dishes was delivered dented and damage. The s/s sink was very crap and flimsy, a mid range should have been specified as there was no restriction on budget.

Until we get the kitchens

Until we get the kitchens, a lot of phone calls, no answers, people of , call again next day , kitchens paid by customer, no kitchen design sent, when sent they sent 2 kitchen design for 1 kitchen. Kitchens delivered after 5 days from payment on a Friday after 4 PM, doors missing, worktop missing, cornice missing . Front draws for 400 base unit missing , sent instead 600 mm draws face. They promise to send on Monday, after a week we still not having ??? Customer service nill!!!!
