Great customer service from Mustafa

Really happy with the service we received from Mustafa at Great Cambridge Rd branch. I discovered through the course of designing our kitchen there are so many details which need to be addressed. I find it difficult to make decisions and had a lot of questions. Mustafa listened to my suggestions respectfully and didn't try to do a hard sell to get me to buy only Howdens products, which I appreciated. He had the knowledge required to advise me on the pros/cons of any ideas/questions I had and was very patient when I wanted to make changes several times. Great customer service. Can honestly say he made the process much easier for us and I am happy with the final design and purchase.

mislead

we felt that we were mislead by the price and parts. first when we walked in for the quote the staff were very smiley and pretended to be helpful but when the kitchen arrived and we found that there are issues with the kitchen the staff turned very nasty and got angry with us as well as blamed us for something they wrongly delivered. we would not recommend them again.
