Thanks to Neil Hinton Hailsham branch

We would like to say a really bit thankyou to the Manager, Neil Hinton, at Howdens branch in Hailsham East Sussex. Following our recent kitchen installation sadly there were some issues not with Howdens products but with the kitchen fitter who left us with some badly finished work. We called into the branch for advice about the inter grated fridge door that wasn't shutting flush. Neil offered to come to our house to have a look and couldn't have been kinder. He corrected the problem for us and also went through some of the other issues including the existing larder, and having a new door fitted with a handle that matched the other cabinet doors, this also was very badly finished. To our surprise Neil ordered for us free of charge a new door with plinth and handle for the larder and will be recommending a fitter to us to contact. Marvellous service. We were under the impression that Howdens only deal with trades but this is not the case. Neil said it is important that the fitters they supply to need to reflect the quality products that Howdens are selling with their installation. Neil is a credit to Howdens and has restored our faith in good customer service. Thankyou so much

Hailsham Howdens - Best One

All staff are knowledgeable about Howdens products at the Hailsham Depot. A very welcoming and friendly service too. Great deals from this depot as well. I will always recommend Hailsham Howdens to my customers.
