Shocking Service & Unresolved Manufacturing Defects – Avoid Howdens Halesowen Our dealings with Howdens Halesowen…

Our dealings with Howdens Halesowen have been an absolute disaster. The kitchen we ordered came with clear manufacturing defects on several frontals and end panels — marks, imperfections, and poor finish that are obviously not fit for purpose. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve tried to fob us off with so-called “special picks,” as if swapping a few bits here and there somehow fixes the underlying manufacturing fault. It doesn’t. We were assured by staff that the branch manager, Conor, wouldn’t leave us without a kitchen. That assurance has proved worthless. Nearly two months later, we are still without a proper resolution, and every conversation feels like another round of excuses rather than action. This entire process has been stressful, frustrating, and an enormous waste of time. We’ve had to chase them endlessly, only to be met with delays, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of accountability. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would urge anyone considering using Howdens Halesowen to go elsewhere.

Great team great service

I have used howdens for many years for joinery supplies for my business. i find the products to be a decent quality and standard at a fair and reasonable price. Most importantly i can not recommend the team at halesowen enough, the manager is superb to deal with and always ready to help with any issue’s, this combined with the knowledgeable trade counter staff is why they get the full 5 stars.
