I had visited several competitors in regards to purchasing a kitchen but my customer experience with Howdens Hall Green was second to none. We had a visit at home by Amy their store kitchen designer who was professional and engaging. She discussed all options available and advantages without a hard sell. She listened to our brief and budget constraints and put together an excellent design, which was really well presented and on brief Nothing was too much trouble and you felt like you had a personal designer on call.Along with her colleagues and manager we were able to make a few tweaks and get the purchase over the line. Thank you to you all.

Delivered 2 kitchen work tops damaged

Delivered 2 kitchen work tops late, had a carpenter waiting and they didn't deliver on the day they stated. It came 3 days later. Then when the delivery did come both worktops were damaged. They couldn't deliver two more on the same day. I couldn't wait. They only offered £50 discount which was the delivery charge for me to use the damaged chipped worktops even thbough these worktops were now redundant and scrap as they advised. I informed them to collect both worktops and refund me in full. I left the worktops for them to collect and they have now ignored me.

Place has gone downhill since the big team changed over, I won't be returning. Not the same seamless service as it used be it really is a shame for returning customers.
