I would suggest you dont use Howdens…

I would suggest you dont use Howdens Hamilton. They have no customer care,never phone you back, really poorly managed. They have issued a bill of a high amount (in which took over 2 months after job finished for us to be aware of) but we requested a break down if how this was made up. They supplied credits and invoices but still unable to understand the make up of this cost. I have had countless calls with management to understand this breakdown but they require the payment first. At my wits end as they really have no clue of what is going on. I would suggest using another near by Howdens and stay clear of the Hamilton branch. 0 stars if possible

Howdens Hamilton branch, the worst customer service i have ever experienced. From inital visits to price the work required then onto the shambolic delivery of material, service has been awful. A 4 day job to complete our kitchen took 2.5weeks to complete. We have a young family so caused us many care issues also. Joiner had to reorder material as wrong material was issued by howdens. Now they have the audacity to charge us more money. Ordeer was march 2023 and still not resolved. I will never use howdens again and i will certainly recommend No One to use them. Awful.

HORRENDOUS

HORRENDOUS. Avoid like the plague!! They are quick to take your money and then forget about you afterwards. Their aftercare is non existent. 5wks after reporting a faulty washing machine and still ongoing. It's a shame too as we love our kitchen. After all this we are refused any form of compensation.
