There was a small issue with one of the handles, but it was resolved immediately with a replacement. Great customer care

We have been planning a new Kitchen with the team at Hertford for quite some months. Almost 10 months! Although in that time there has been a change of staff the service has been exemplary. The team on the phone or in the showroom/shop have been super helpful. Although we have yet to take delivery of the kitchen we anticipate great things.

They make it so hard buy a kitchen!

From the outset they have been difficult to get hold of. Obtaining a precise quote was not even achievable. It is as if they do not want you to purchase anything. No choice but to secure a kitchen elsewhere.

I've installed the veneered aok and painted doors 🚪. They are heavy but a very solid door. Good protection for houses. Especially on bedrooms.
