Great Team at London Road

A huge thank you to John and the entire team at Howdens High Wycombe (London Road). They have been outstanding from start to finish throughout our kitchen renovation. During what can be a very stressful process, they were consistently supportive, responsive, and ready to help with any issues that arose. Their professionalism and customer care have been exceptional, and we’re absolutely delighted with the service we received. Highly recommended. Keep up the fantastic work, team!

HW Rye - Damaged goods / incorrect order / missing items

Huge volume of damaged goods. Deliveries missing several items although on delivery note. Had to reorder and exchange due to missing items and design issues. Some staff have done their best to rectify this. Overall been a nightmare which to be fair is not the normal Howdens experience. Still waiting for one item.
