First class products and customer service

Great customer service from the first phone call to book the free design quote, visiting the showroom and finally to ordering. Everyone was so genuine and helpful, no hard sales so felt no pressure to buy. Tom came out to measure and within a day we had our design and quote. We changed our minds so he re-did again within 24 hours. Great service and really nice people. Could not recommend Hillsborough Howdens enough, 5 start customer service! Thank you!

Split panels after one year

The end panels of my kitchen have split open after barely a year. This means the water can ingress into the MDF core causing them to swell and wrap. This panels are under guarantee yet Howdens will not replace them. The customer service is not professional, the solution offered is to not mop the floor or use water to wipe clean. I had my previous Ikea kitchen for 15 year before never had any issues, wish I neve changed.

A big thanck you to Steve at hillsborough for arrving very promptly and sorting a problem we had caused so friendly also.The kitchen has been fitted more than 2 years and everything is like brand new and if ever you have to call howdens nothing is a problem superb customer relations

They did not do what I wanted but took…

They did not do what I wanted but took the time to show me all the alternatives. Whilst talking to them I noticed a bathroom deadlock on the shelf which I have been struggling to get else where.
