A fantastic experience from start to finish

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish buying our new Kitchen from Howdens. Jordan came around measured up and designed us our perfect kitchen which he then sent over on email as a virtual picture, it was exactly what we wanted. He was very friendly and chatty and really helped us in making the right decisions. Our team of kitchen fitters managed by Lewis did a fabulous job and we now have our dream kitchen. Howdens kitchens are quality and made to last and we would highly recommend to anyone. Paul and Sue

There is little incentive to continue…

There is little incentive to continue using Howdens as a builder I supply and fit alot of kitchens. I've just completed a 23k sale with Howdens. There is a small commission but that is paid by the customer. There is no incentive or reward however small ( although my customer received a free product) unlike there competitors. The staff from what I gather are on commission, the customers receive gifts and the person who brings in the lead i.e. me. Receives nothing for loyalty. Going forth I shall be using other suppliers who are willing to reward for loyalty.

Excellent service

I have dealt with Howdens Hindley Green on numerous occasions and I have always received excellent service. Would highly recommend using them. I would like to point out that I have always dealt with Micky there. He has always provided an excellent service with going the extra mile to help with any questions I've had and ensuring speedy delivery each time.

What a great service I received today…

What a great service I received today at Howdens hindley Green. I rang up at 11am and had someone come to my house measure up and a design done instore and for 4pm. Price was agreed and deal done for 4:30. Would like to thank Jordan for his time and patience and would 100% reccomend this branch to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Thankyou Howdens

Had a great experience from start to finish with Jordan at the hindley green, Wigan showroom. What a lovely lad, so helpful. Designed our kitchen and absolutely love it. Recommend a joiner to fit it and what a great job he’s done. Even the aftercare has been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back as and when but hopefully not for a long time.
