Absolutely rubbish everything that was delivered for the kitchen was wrong no apologies nothing took nearly two weeks to fit the kitchen the amount of extra time running round picking up units unreal

Howdens in Hitchin Nikki from Howdens in Hitchin was so friendly approachable efficient and helpful in sorting out our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. No hard selling and no pressurising. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, if a part was damaged, it was replaced immediately. Right through from first visit to design of the kitchen and fitting of the kitchen.

Hitchin staff

Staff are all polite and most are very knowledgeable. Even the new lad in Hitchin i think his name is Ewan or something similar is very polite and vey helpfull . last year i fell from scaffolding and had both wrists severely smashed and now they have loads of metal plates and screws holding my hands to my arms and he and Steve always carry everything out to my van for me and always a pleasure to deal with al the staff there. The new girls mags and Aimi are very polite when on phone and in person and the mangeress Amanda sealed a good kitchen deal for me after the job stopped for so long before i could restart after the accident. They are all good workers and good to deal with
