We visited Howdens at Hockley about 4/5 times before we settled on our kitchen.Each time we saw Anita who couldn’t have been more helpful.We changed our mind a few times and she didn’t mind at all.When we finally settled on our kitchen she printed of the photos so we could take them home and discuss them with our fitter Simon. All in all a 5star service from Anita and her staff.I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch ps they make a great cup of coffee.

Howdens in Hockley were great from start to finish

Howdens in Hockley were great from start to finish. The kitchen designer Anita did a great design and patiently adjusted her drawings and design as I changed my mind many times! The whole team at Hockley are really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. My kitchen (Bridgemere Linen) is a superb quality, it went in with zero problems. It feels sturdy and secure, and will be in for many years to come. I cannot recommend Howdens of Hockley enough. I’m now having my bedroom designed by them.

Just completed our kitchen from Howdens…Happy with Howdens

Just completed our kitchen from Howdens very pleased with everything, we had Anita from the Hockley Essex branch design it with us, she was so helpful & friendly, any problems we would email her & she’d reply straight away. We had a small issue with 2 of the larder doors & the paintwork, but a quick email & that was resolved. The Chilcomb in porcelain looks fantastic, cupboards came ready built so saved us time.

Big Store with a small business feel!

Georgina went the extra mile!

I popped in to get a catalogue and while I was there I bought some wood saws that were on a really good offer. Whilst there I got chatting and was offered loads of incentives and also offered an account limit. This is really helpful for me but I thought, naa, that won’t happen. However, Georgina in the Hockley Branch pulled out all the stops and boom! I have my account up and running which I will soon be using! Great job and greater helpful staff!
