Went to the Southend branch hadn’t got what i required in stock said that the Hockley branch had one in stock, went there very helpful sales assistant and a very helpful warehouse worker who put the hobb unit in my vehicle great service as always

Great customer satisfaction

I have to give credit where credit is due ,twice this week Andy Brinklow (manger at hockley) has gone out of his way to get me out of a fix 1st was I forgot door stop on job phoned andy asked if he had anyone in the area who could drop off otherwise I would have to make a 10 mile round trip no problem driver in area will drop off 2 hrs later on customers door step,then today phoned andy again needed to pick up architrave but stuck in traffic and it was 5 to 5 no problem wait for you ,honestly this why I use howdens hockley and will always recommend 👍
