The howdens Hook branch is unmatched!! I had a kitchen-utility designed and delivered. The service from start to finish was brilliant. Through every step I felt confident they knew what I wanted and more to achieve the perfect result for me. The team came up with great ideas. Plenty of care was taken through the process from surveying-design and even delivering the kitchen to my front door: The whole team have been fantastic not to mention the aftercare service too.

Creative inspiration and ideas

We really enjoyed working with Lucy. She offered lots of creative inspiration and ideas in order to make a difficult planning space into a fantastic kitchen. Her advice was really helpful and she was really efficient in turning ideas into plans that could be viewed on paper and via simulation. Thank you!

Fun, efficient and effective

We have had an excellent experience throughout. Lucy, Hook's kitchen designer, came highly recommended by our builder and she didn't disappoint. The design stage was fun, efficient and effective. Lucy understood what we were trying to achieve and could leap straight to the right items, the right sample, or the right catalogue page immediately. She offered new ideas we'd not considered and politely gave feedback on things that might not work so well. We looked at other kitchen companies but found that the available range of units and configuration to fit into our space just worked better at Howdens. We took advantage of a sale price and got good advice on how to safely store it until our project was ready. Despite our many months of waiting to get started, Howdens were great about refunding, replacing and swapping items as needed throughout the build. Lucy and the team were always quick to respond, whenever we needed them. We even came back for some extra shelves at the end. We love our new kitchen and worktop! We won't be needing a new kitchen for a long time! But we're telling our friends to go to Hook and ask for Lucy. They won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Attention to Detail with Lucy Spice!

Working with Lucy from the start to finish has been a great experience. From day 1, Lucy understood exactly our aims and ambitions for our new kitchen, and with us created our perfect new kitchen. Her advice on; design, products and recommendations were brilliant. Saving us time and creating the perfect blend of functionality and appearance. We’re so pleased with our new Kitchen, and couldn’t think of anything we’d do better or differently if we were to do it again. This is solely because of Lucy’s meticulous attention to detail throughout the design and build stages. It’s also worth noting how good the oak doors are, as well as the wood flooring from Howdens. Brilliant products and well worth their price.

I have always had a great experience at Howdens Hook. This was my second kitchen and Emilie was great in helping me fit everything I wanted into my new kitchen and making multiple changes after we couldn't decide on the colour and worktop.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen and utility room. Lucy, at Howdens in Hook, was so helpful, efficient, friendly and more than happy to change the plans as we went along. Howdens hook know how to design high end kitchens!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Lucy. She was more than happy to spend the time going over my designs making tweaks each time to ensure I had my dream kitchen and utility room. Great service - Hook Store

The staff at the hook store were friendly and approachable. Simon (Area Manager) took the time to really understand what we wanted and tailored Howdens services to our needs, even with multiple designs. The few issues we had were rectified straight away with no hassle or having to chase Would recommend to anyone and would use again
