Outstanding Customer Service

We had a fantastic experience using this branch for our recent Kitchen/Diner renovation. Claire was our designer and was extremely patient - she was working on 3 x potential lay outs for us before the build and was then tweaking the chosen design right up until delivery. There was no drama, no complaint, just speedy responses and redesigns. Once the fitting was under way, we had a few hiccups with a couple of damaged doors - the Assistant Manager Ollie was unbelievable - he drove up to our property himself with new doors within a couple of hours of raising the issue - even the builders were shocked and said we'd have been waiting weeks if we'd used a well known competitor. We also had a Neff Oven that arrived slightly scratched when we unwrapped, but that was also replaced by Ollie within a week without fuss. A lot of companies could learn from Ollie on how to operate professionally, calmly and with a personable approach. Best customer service I'd received in a long long time.

We received a visit from a lovely gentleman called Bret from the Horsham branch who was super informative, helpful and professional. He gave us some great advice on the products available to us and the service that Howdens provides. I was really impressed also that he was happy to discuss how to make the most of the deals that Howdens provides. 5* service!!

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant - Horsham branch. Had some issues with my account, Brett the rep was straight on it, as always, and sorted it out. Amazing service from this depot. Brett really is an asset to Howdens. Knows the product and really knows how to show his appreciation and loyalty to his customers. Really not a fan of the way Howdens head office speak to and treat their customers, but Brett and all the team at the Horsham branch are the reason why I will continue trading with them for years to come.

Nothing is ever a drama or problem that cannot be sorted

I have not been at my best and my kitchen has taken a lot longer than I had first anticipated. However Howdens Horsham whole team The management , design, front counter and stores have always been there to help . Nothing is a problem . And I have made a few !! Thanks again
