Giving Howdens a miss - inflexible.

We are planning a new kitchen, asked to have a meeting. "Sorry you have to have a fitter first". No, when we know the design we will contact 2 guys to quote. Howdens "sorry, you have to have the fitter first". Its chicken and egg - won't be wasting time at Howdens, especially after reading all the recent poor reviews. Suggest Howdens, yr depots are inconsistent with how you respond - its retail that decides the layout and the budget, usually the fitters charges are on top. Suggest you review your practice might encourage better public relations.
