Hi Called Friday 4.30pm to reserve a rebate kit for collection Saturday morning first thing, was told no problem, arrived to find they had sold it to someone else, I had carpenter arriving to fit it! Had to drive all the way to Newbury to collect one…..no apology! Lousy customer service!
