Wouldn’t recommend Huyton Branch and fitter recommended.

There’s refurb going on in warehouse so I think we had at least 10 deliveries in total just to get kitchen delivered as lots of items found to be missing. The recommended fitter only came once and then sent to of his lads to complete it. It was supposed to be all complete in 4 days, however this turned out to be 15 days. They were coming after their normal jobs so ment waiting until evenings for them to do a few hours. The plans - dish washer wouldn’t fit so had to be moved. The freezer was fitted and then we couldn’t pull the shelves out as door wouldn’t open wide enough so doors had to be changed around - so my handles on doors at either end don’t match now. There’s no backs to my cupboard where the boiler is so all pipe work exposed in top cupboard and lower cupboard. (Previous kitchen we had they were boxed in with removal box for access. The up-stands are not siliconed so you can see the blobs of glue holding them on and the gap where walls arnt straight. We’ve been told it’s our job when we decorate. It all started off good with these wonderful plans but turned into a stressful nightmare that’s felt me feeling physically sick for the price of the kitchen and the end product. Definitely would not recommend Huyton branch or the fitter that was recommended to us.

Great Supplier - Highly Recommend

I have been a customer for many years the services they provide are second to none for example from the initial plans for kitchen layouts, pricing, right through to the delivery of the goods. (The showrooms are excellent for my customers to see the kitchens for themselves instead of visualising how they would look) I use them for other joinery items: doors, timber etc. Deliveries are prompt, pricing /quality of goods and the service provided by the staff is excellent.

No longer value for money

My branch in Huyton Liverpool was always reliable and where competitive on price since the new manager has started I have had a number of issues so I am no longer using the branch
