Disappointed

Disappointed. Very pleased with our Howden's kitchen units, great help and advice from Sophie in the showroom, had recommended to friends. But .... Lamona splashback and gas hob a big disappointment (bought in April 2022 and under guarantee) .... photos sent, phone calls, emails ... but no satisfaction with my complaint; seems like they don't want to know, once you've paid the bill.
