I must say I was very impressed with the new depot. The team was amazing here at Howdens they really helped me a lot. There was a lovely lady called Lucy her customer service was top notch. A very friendly environment to come to thank you guys!

Firstly the plan & design didn't work, requiring an amendment whilst on site which delayed works waiting for new cabinets. Incorrectly supplied drawer units (misread codes), incorrect handles and parts our Customer had to make 4 journeys to replace and/or collect, a journey of over 40 miles!! We had to build a cabinet around a soil pipe, but no back board was supplied to cover - even though it was clearly shown on the drawings. The purpose built chimney was designed into the layout with what the Customer thought was going to have a decorative shelf with cornice onto which ornaments could be placed. We were supplied with a cabinet cornice and plinth !!!! As you can imagine this has cost us in lost time and annoyed the Customer who has acted as a Taxi service.

Always a very good visit. The team , especially Lucy, never let's me down, always gets the correct oarts, or arranges collection at a nearby depot if not in stock but 9 times out of 10 they have the items there
