Appalling service from start to finish

Appalling service from start to finish. Slow responses, I was quoted outrageously high prices. No communication once payment was made and not everything I ordered turned up. Management was rude and unhelpful. Had to travel to 3 different Howden stores to get my order. Would not recommend.

5* service from Theresa and Falguni at Kentish Town Howdens

I honestly cannot rate Theresa and Falguni at Kentish Town Howdens enough. It's always so hard deciding where to buy something as expensive as a kitchen from and they were amazing from start to finish. From the first design visit from Falguni, to the competitive quote and extra care and attention from Theresa, we really felt looked after and listened to. The kitchen itself was delivered on time and we're really happy with the quality. When we found a small crack in the paintwork of one of the doors, Theresa was so nice and ordered a replacement for us super efficiently (unlike other companies I've heard horror stories about). Never did I feel like they were losing patience with my thousands of questions- 5* customer service, design and affordability. I've already recommended them to my parents for their kitchen refurb.

Worth the wait!

A long refurb saga finally completed with a beautiful kitchen, formally opened with the ceremony of Peeling the Protective Plastic on Sunday. Thank you Falguni and staff at Kentish Town for your patience, efficiency and knowledge to steer the project to conclusion. We have a very limited space and the task of fitting a quart into a pint pot was really tricky. We think the Howdens solution was as good as you could get without going bespoke, so great value for money too.

We would definitely recommend Howdens if we are asked for advice about kitchens. The quality of the kitchen units from the Hockley range is impressive, and we were particularly grateful for the thoughtful, timely and friendly support from Pattni Falguni throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was good throughout. I would highly recommend the kitchen design team here and in particular Falguni. She visited the house and was more than willing to see me on a number occasions after to make changes to the design. I am extremely pleased with the end product also
