Hi Would like to add my review about this Howden, Kettring. One of the gready owner I have ever seen in my whole life, I will never ever use or buy Howden item in my home or my any other rental properties and I will let know my entire community not to use Howden and express my dealing with Howden, kettering staff and his owner. Beware of Thugs and creepy money minded staff of Howden Kettring. First class seamless ...!! Beware of Thugs and creepy money minded staff of Howden Kettring. Bought this in October 2025 a kitchen sink and in 6- 8 weeks it's all de-coloration and they said it's stains of chemicals. What a joke by the creepy and gold digger people of Howden kettering. Worse customer service by the Howden, Kettering people. They are a dirty spot of shit on the name of Howden. Spend £3000 on kitchen products from them and on kitchen sink was not last longer and gave up in 6-7 weeks and color was faded. Now they told me once we sold the item we can not take it back what a bull ***t story. Please please do not go this Howden, kettring store. I attached my kitchen sink picture for clarity. I spend my 1 and half week wages on this sink and even suggested by the Howden staff member it's cost me £380 after the discount. They just rob your hardworking money, Howden will understand when their kids hardworking money will be snatched like this and they will be helpless. Thanks Gaurav Bhatia

New Kitchen

First class service from day 1. Magdelana at your Kettering branch arrived for the initial appointment promptly and explained everything very clearly to assist us in choosing a new kitchen. When we attended the kettering branch to view the visuals and confirm the estimate, we were again greeted by Magdelana and every aspect of the proposed new kitchen was confirmed in the one visit. We had to contact Howdens in Kettering a couple of times with a few questions which were resolved within the same phone call. We were also very impressed with the staff and displays at the Raunds showroom which we were again advised to visit by Magdelana prior to her first visit to us.

Kitchen purchase

Magdalena was extremely efficient throughout the process. Knowing that all items of the kitchen can be obtained within a few days is very reassuring. Good credit limit for a new account is very useful. Will definitely use Howdens again.
