Keynsham howdens

We order around 20-30 kitchens yearly through work and always receive good customer service, however Jack at the keynsham branch was particularly helpful sourcing all materials for the next day and even offering to deliver the missing items himself. Very appreciative of Jacks efforts thank you.

Outstanding service - Sarah & Tom

We had a lovely experience with Howdens. We were let down by another supplier and when I told the brilliant Sarah what had happened to us , she got over a quote the same day. She really went above and beyond to ensure we had delivery asap, she was very friendly on the phone and really helped me feel at ease. The manager Tom then personally delivered the laminate flooring to us the same day we paid for it. He was also so friendly and brought all the boxes inside for us. Thank you Sarah and Tom. Incredible service!!!

Huge interest charges for an overdue account

Sent a claim form for an overdue account £173.44 with £88 pounds in extra interest charges. Didn’t receive invoices via post and missed the emails as busy running a business. A simple call as a reminder wouldhave solved the issue. I’ve now closed my account and will recommend other tradesmen to avoid using them.
