Rude Front of House Staff and Lack of info on their website re opening times

I travelled an hour to get to this showroom for 7.45am. When I arrived and asked to see the samples, their response was "our showroom is closed for refurbishment". There is nothing on their website that says this, and when I questioned this point with the staff I was told " that has nothing to do with us". They were extremely rude, which was disappointing. I won't be dealing with this branch.

My kitchen design is ready

Fantastic quality and service

Fantastic quality and service. The materials used really are top quality and a different league to competitors. However, the website is far from ideal with infinite loops and needs serous work!! Still full marks with 5* despite this.
