Lamona 3 year warranty not worth the…

Lamona 3 year warranty not worth the paper its written on. After several engineer visits to my wine cooler that only cools to 12deg.C Howdens Kirk Sandall still haven't provided a solution to the faulty wine cooler. This has been going on 2 months now with no updates from the depot unless I contact them. Completely the opposite communication when they are trying to sell you something!!!

The first saleswoman that we dealt with…

The first saleswoman that we dealt with was very pushy, telephoning all the time and actually giving us wrong information regarding pricing and timescales. We complained at this point and we then dealt with the manager of the store and from then in the sale was ok

Purchased kitchen and flooring

Purchased kitchen and flooring. Kitchen all good, but flooring a bit annoying. Non matching boxes of hydro flooring had to be sorted out, plus some grey click flooring had a defect which I noticed after laying some of it. Bit disappointing as items were delivered to site, making whoever picked order not doing job properly. Was resolved but took time and effort to sort.
