The Howdens team in Lancaster were fantastic in assisting us with our new office kitchen and at such short notice were able to deliver within a week. Thank you very much for a great design and good quality materials.

Staff not scared of going the extra hundred yards.

Front desk staff very good at helping the customer with technical difficulties but the Howdens online and catalogue details can be ambiguous. Staff however stick with it and go that extra length to check dimensions, tech difficulties by going into warehouse to ensure customer leaves with a satisfactory product.

We've had our new kitchen completed…

We've had our new kitchen completed just before Christmas and Eve from the Lancaster branch has been a joy to deal with throughout the process. She was by far the most engaged with our project out of all the kitchen designers we spoke to, came up with some great ideas, and the end result looks great!

Lamona 70/30 fridge freezer

I have bought a full kitchen and Appliances from .Howdens .Now my Lamona Fridge freezer has packed up .It’s integrated.Manual says to sevice it like clean the coils .It’s integrated how is it possible.It’s just over 3 years old and I had to ring another Appliance Repair company.As soon as I said Lamona .Not fixable at all .This isn’t helping the environment.
