Lamona 70/30 fridge freezer

I have bought a full kitchen and Appliances from .Howdens .Now my Lamona Fridge freezer has packed up .It’s integrated.Manual says to sevice it like clean the coils .It’s integrated how is it possible.It’s just over 3 years old and I had to ring another Appliance Repair company.As soon as I said Lamona .Not fixable at all .This isn’t helping the environment.
