Exceptional service and knowledge

The service we received was nothing short of exceptional. Clear Communication throughout the purchase, with initial time provided to guide us through the design, offer professional opinion and be clear regarding pricing which with other providers always seemed a challenge. Peter, who I believe was the manager, was extremely professional, it never seemed like any question or change was too much trouble. With regard to the delivery, again, the high level of service continued, with delivery being made when expected, all elements delivered with no damage and the delivery driver also being friendly and professional, made for an all round great experience from Howdens.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Jaz my kitchen designer (Leeds) was brilliant,helpful & had great ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt she went above & beyond. I had a couple of faulty doors ( manufacturing fault) was replaced instantly. On the door step too. Very happy indeed with service & quality of my kitchen

Jaz was brilliant

We ordered a new kitchen and utility room, and were lucky enough to have Jaz as our designer. From the very first design appointment she was great, very patient and helped us with all the little details. Delivery was very smooth and whenever we needed to contact Jaz during the fitting she replied straightaway to get things sorted for us. We had also obtained a quote from an alternative company and Jaz was one of the reasons we chose Howdens, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
