Howdens kitchen wonderful experience

Rae Brant was absolutely wonderful from the get go. She has designed a very nice affordable kitchen to our liking and has been very accomodating. Very lovely to work with and made us real happy with the end result.

I was introduced to Rae Brant at the Leicester (Parker Drive) branch of Howdens through word of mouth from friends, and I’m so glad I was! Rae has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her product knowledge is second to none, and it’s clear she is incredibly passionate about her work and the Howdens brand. Rae worked with me every step of the way to design, amend, and refine my kitchen layout until we created the perfect space. She listened carefully to my ideas, made thoughtful suggestions, and truly collaborated with me to bring the vision to life. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail was spot-on. Thanks to Rae, I now have a kitchen I absolutely love—both stylish and practical. Excellent Customer Service

All the staff at the Leicester Abbey Park depot we met or spoke to over the phone were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They are in my top three best examples of great customer service from a business. Special mention to Anna who helped us from day one of our journey towards a new kitchen. Anna gave us great guidance on the plethora of choices available. She was always happy to answer our questions and kept us up to date with progress. If she wasn't available when I phoned, she would always get back to me promptly. I would highly recommend Howdens Leicester Abbey Park.

I installed my 1st Howdens kitchen 1st time using them was assigned a rep She was absolutely brilliant Rae She worked everything out to a T And answered all my questions and helped with any issues I came up against Everything came on time delivery was perfect I would highly recommend using them quality was perfect. And the after care support has been brilliant Rae you have been a star ⭐️
