Garbage service, I give this 5 star rating for…

I have give this 5 star rating for Howdens, consistant rubbish customer service. I have been in construction for 50 years, and they stand head and shoulders above there opposition. There over all service, is garbage. There secretive pricing, verges on being rigged, account holders Never know what the cost of any item is with out à quote, which wasted our valuable time.

Very disappointed with the work tops…

Have now spoken with the manager at Howdens Leighton Buzzard. They have been very helpful and come out to look at the worktops and are making enquires regarding the edging

I received exactly what i asked for. No problem no fuss. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. I’m not a kitchen fitter, so not in very often. But always a good experience.

Fantastic service at Leighton Buzzard Howdens!!! Ordered a kitchen and utility room. Jack was fabulous from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient..... totally phenomenal service!!! 10 out of 10. I have been into Howdens several times and have always found all staff to be professional and helpful. We will definitely be using Howdens again!!!
