GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dealt with James from the start to the finish, he was a very knowledgeable and an easy to get hold of designer. Nothing was to much trouble and after the first meeting it felt like I had known him years. We decided on a kitchen and it's currently being fitted and looks like the correct choice was made. Outstanding Service

We are absolutely made up with our new kitchen from Howdens. James looked after us from start to finish and had a meticulous eye for detail when designing our kitchen. I am recently registered disabled and he thought of everything to help make my life easier. Everyone I dealt with at Howdens, including the delivery driver, they were all genuinely lovely people, kind and helpful. Thank you for making my dreams a reality. All the very best x

above and beyond!

James went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed and supported from design to completion. He tweaked the plans without delay and made suggestions to Improve the overall finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our fabulous new kitchen! Customer service was fantastic and the quality of the product is great: would definitely recommend!

New Kitchen

I had an excellent experience with Howdens at Leyland while getting my new kitchen. James, the kitchen designer, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with a friendly and supportive approach. I was impressed by the quality of the products and the convenience of quickly sourcing items from the depot when needed. The CAD software they used really brought my vision to life, making it easy to visualise the final design. James even came out to double-check measurements before the project started, showing real pride in his work and ensuring everything would fit perfectly in my small kitchen. The customer service team was also great, always helpful with queries and quick to arrange call-backs when needed. The kitchen was delivered promptly and at our convenience, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite a few issues along the way, James resolved everything quickly and at no extra cost. I highly recommend Howdens at Leyland for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

I was thinking of buying a new kitchen…

I was thinking of buying a new kitchen and I was advised by a couple of builders to use Howdens, I’m so glad that I did. It all started with a free design carried out by a great guy James part of Team Leyland visiting our house and discussing our options, chose our style and went back a few days later to see the design on a large screen tv which was really impressive. Decided to go ahead with the purchase and a delivery date was agreed with a courtesy call to tell us it was on its way, delivered with cabinets ready built which is a godsend. On fitting if the kitchen fitter had a small problem he talked with Team Leyland @ Howdens and talked him through solutions to the problem and could even return unused items if they could not be used. Now the kitchen is fitted it’s beautiful and just like the design pictures, I can’t recommend them enough so if you’re looking for a kitchen get down to Team Leyland @ Howdens and get the great guy James round to your house to get the design done. Well done and thanks to James and Team Leyland.

Really happy with service offered by…

Really happy with service offered by Howdens. From start to finish the process was so straightforward and super quick. One week to turn around from template to install. The lads who did the install were great, clean and tidy and very professional. So happy with the end product. Kitchen looks amazing now. Thank you!!
