Team was very unprofessional

Team was very unprofessional, they lost our cupboard and charged us three times for same cupboard, All staff members including Store managers did not take any notice regardless of numerous calls & visits to store, they froze the business account. I ended up paying amount to reactive the account.

Terrible

Terrible. Howdens provided us with end of line products for which it turned out that no replacement parts were available only 4 months after installation (including necessary replacements like filters for an extractor fan); refused to respond to us about a faulty tap until we made a formal complaint to their HQ (and our written complaint received no response at all; only a telephone call and then insisting that they actually do something rather than fob us off); and when they did respond, it was only to tell us that the tap was not actually covered by a 2 year guarantee, as clearly stated on their website and paperwork, but that its internal components were at fault and these were only covered by a much shorter guarantee. Either this was an outright lie, or their website and paperwork is highly misleading. They have no interest at all in providing a good service or good quality products, perhaps because their 'customer' is actually the trade client/builder and not the end user. I will not be using Howdens again and would not recommend them to anyone.
