Lisa at Howdens Loanhead was so patient as we stumbled through our choices. We did in the end present an independent kitchen design that we paid for which they price matched (apart from bespoke colour). In the end we went for Chilcomb in oak with linen island and its beautiful. Early days but seems very solid.

As designed

The design was what I requested and one small adjustment was easily adopted . The units are of good quality and I believe will stand the test of time. The end result is elegant and fits my needs . The only criticism is one small element ( a drawer ) wasn’t exactly like the picture of it but it didn’t change the overall look in any way.

Howdens Himalayan Compact Laminate warped

Supplied by Howdens 3m x 12mm Square Edge Himalayan Green Marble Effect Compact Laminate Worktop and breakfast bar (2.4m) - very expensive stuff. One of the worktops was warped. Very disappointed.
