very disappointed

measurements for kitchens were wrong. ordered 2 kitchens at once, asked for them to come separately but all came as one so had to get staff out to divide the two. Mistakes were made and bits were missing from each. Like for like swaps needed to be made and confusion on the account was frequent with head office putting the account on stop. Court letters sent due to outstanding payments for items i hadn't even had. No one in the office taking ownership of the account. Months later after lots of phone calls to store and finance head office the account got cleared. lots and lots of unnecessary stress caused due to no fault of my own.
