Absolutely wonderful service from Howdens in Long Eaton. Sophie designed my dream and has been at the end of the phone and email to help when our choice of unit was discontinued to ensure my dream became a reality.

Excellent service from the counter to finished product

I Was able to have a kitchen designed from an idea to finished product, the kitchen was ordered and delivered on the day arranged even the delivery driver helped us upload. The kitchen fitted perfectly we didn't go for a high end quality but the finished job looked good.

I only called in for a pot of glue

I only called in for a pot of glue, but Mike, who works here, went that extra mile, by asking if I was “all rate duck!” which was warmly received. I replied, “Sweet as a nut, geezer.” Upon placing my order, Mike asked me to, “Sign ‘ere youth!” I signed and left. A very positive experience. It was raining that day.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Howdens at Long Eaton, in obtaining and transferring a discontinued worktop, that I had been sourcing. Heidi, you played a blinder and can’t thank you enough. The team have also been hugely helpful with previous orders, but I don’t often get chance to give them a shout out. Many thanks to you all.

Had an account with Howdens for over 15…

Had an account with Howdens for over 15 years , first time i have used Long Eaton branch for a kitchen and its been an absolute nightmare . My customer has been in tears , terrible design , wrong measurements , items missing , items damaged , unhelpful staff . I complained at their depot and the manager rang me back to see why i wasn,t happy and he basically blamed all the problems on me and said it was all my fault . Never again will i ever use howdens . My advice is shop around theirs lots of other companies to buy your dream kitchen from .
