5 star experience as usual.

Called in to Loughborough branch for trade day and to get a quote for a new kitchen. As always the efficiency of providing a quote was impressive and very competitive. Having visited other branches recently I have to commend the knowledge base, welcome and customer service of all staff at Loughborough. Congratulations to all of you.

Howdens in Loughborough has a good range of products and knowledgeable staff like Georgie, Richard, and Jack. Customer service is often excellent, though the focus on sales can sometimes feel pushy. Overall, decent quality and service, but room for improvement in easing customer interactions. Worth considering but not without reservations.
