Its howdens what do you expect cheap cheerful and crap customer service...didnt want to leave a review but 15 emails in 8 days they got there way....no one uses howdens because of there customer service or help...its used because they sell cheap crap if you want a decent kitchen you would go to a decent company and then you would expect customer service...its for the trade it is what it is we all no this

The quality of the kitchen units are…

The quality of the kitchen units are brilliant and very please. But what let the kitchen down for me was the lack of shelves in two of the cupboards. I have a built in oven with 600 cupboard top and bottom. So on top of paying for the kitchen you have to buy two shelves for these cupboards or the top of the cupboards are dead space. What I think is that if these two cupboards don’t come with shelves it would have been nice to have been told.
