Just had a Kitchen fitted that was supplied by Howdens Luton branch, fantastic friendly experience from start to finish. Gavin who planned our kitchen was brilliant and very patient as we did change our minds a couple of times. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We could not have asked for a better company to deal with and I would definitely recomend them. Thankyou to all at Howdens Luton

Very disappointing experience at the…

Very disappointing experience at the Luton Thistle Road branch. My wife politely asked Ella about a refund for an out of stock item we had paid for, and her response was abrupt, dismissive and came across as quite rude. Instead of explaining the policy clearly, she repeatedly said we could not have the cash back without offering any helpful alternative or clarification. The tone and manner of communication were unnecessary and left us feeling uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and informative, which unfortunately was not the case here.
