I can't praise Kate and Belinda enough for their help sorting out an issue I'd been having with a new integrated fridge-freezer since it was installed 6 months ago. They were both brilliant and due to their persistence, it has finally been resolved. Thank you so much both for all your help.

Unit 14, Craddock Road Branch Exceptional over and above customer service from Belinda and due to her persistence a new fridge freezer was delivered 20 days later after the original 1 year old fridge freezer ceased working.

REALLY PLEASED WITH OUR HOWDENS EXPERIENCE! It was our first time buying a kitchen in a new home, and after visiting other retailers, we found Howdens was not only the most competitive on price and quality but the customer service was brilliant. Steve from Luton store was so helpful from start to finish, being open and honest with what they have on offer and providing the best service to find what we need/want. When looking for quotes elsewhere we didn't enjoy the 'hard sales' approach, which is why we also used Howdens because the whole experience is super smooth, including the at home survey! Steve was also really helpful with our situation as we initially went in for a quote unsure on dates and when we can have the kitchen fitted. Steve was flexible and was happy to answer any questions we have along the way. Hugely recommend Howdens to anyone refitting their kitchen, and the comments I've had from friends & family about our new kitchen have been great! Thanks so much Steven & Howdens team @ Luton!
