Howden's designer was good

Howden's designer was good, most the product was good but not the appliances extractor fan poor & the oven poor. The fitter was not very good all the kick boards have screw showing through to the front we have two soft close doors that don't soft close & several doors that catch the cupboard when closing, getting the fitter back to rectify is hard work we've been waiting 7 months so now getting a price for someone else to come & do the work. If i could turn clock back would i go to Howdens again Definitely not

If you want badly designed rooms with rubbish appliances and fittings - Howdens are your people!!

I bought a house in 2021 which Howdens were listed in the seller's details as having done the the kitchen and bathroom for. I can not believe what an absolutely incompetent, slack and inept job Howdens did! From the kitchen units where, within less than a year, the laminate on the fitted units started bubbling off, to the bathroom handrails on the shower door where the "chrome" came off with even the lightest cleaning, the bathroom sink tap started leaking within a year, to the fact they installed a very low-spec integrated fridge freezer when, had they ever lived with a kitchen, they would have known to have simply left a space for a freestanding fridge freezer which could have been taller, wider, deeper, and with more functionality. If you want cheap, badly designed, kitchens, bathrooms, with low grade crap including cheap, poor grade fittings and appliances - then Howdens are your people!!
