Howdens Martlesham

Just finished having a Howdens kitchen fitted from Howdens Martlesham (Ipswich). Service was excellent from design through order processing to delivery. Kayleigh's service was excellent, but the whole team were professional and responsive. Any short shipments or changes were never too much trouble. Invoices and credit notes were dealt with efficiently. They also worked as a team with our kitchen fitter and the specialist quartz worktop company.

Kayleigh and Aaron at Martlesham, Ipswich

First class service received from both Kayleigh and Aaron at Martlesham, Ipswich. Sent kitchen plan to Kayleigh with an idea of what we were looking for, when we visited she had already drawn up the kitchen and presented it to us on a large screen so we could visualise the finished kitchen. We then told her our budget and between Kayleigh and Aaron they brought the kitchen in at exactly what we wanted to pay. So impressed with the service we also ordered internal doors and will use Howdens again for our next project.

Excellent first time experience

Excellent first time experience. Was aided to buy the right items in a friendly manner and it was easy to change an item when my customer needs changed. Delivery costs for several doors and other items was also very reasonable.
