As a company I have no complaints, but the web site is not very intuitive which makes it difficult to navigate all the products.

Great staff

Great staff, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen itself is ok, quality not up to DIY kitchen standards, but fitted well it looks great. No complaints

Excellent customer service

Top quality customer service from this Howdens outlet. Notably from Kieran Griffiths, who proved very knowledgeable when helping me ascertain which table top would be be a good match for existing Howdens table tops in my house. He went above and beyond when finding solutions and his responses to my queries were timely and clear throughout.
