First time customer, very impressed :)

As a first time trade customer I could not have been happier, the staff went above and beyond to help me get sorted and I even managed to luckily catch one of the trade day events bagging myself a free lunch and some great discount off a new set of chisels. Great store very presentable and well stocked.

Internal door size

As a loyal customer I am very disappointed with howdens and I feel as I have been dealt with unprofessionally as I have spent over 2k and the mistake was with their own staff, I ordered 11 internal doors and 2 came in the wrong size and they wouldent return them back as the packaging was taking off, one has been returned , one not .but yet I had the receipts.. the doors I had ordered was all written down and shown to staff but yet they still ordered 2 in the wrong sizes the mistake is clearly there’s and now I have to buy more doors when I just wanted to exchange the sizes as they ordered the wrong ones.. they have shown split personalities nice when u want to purchase items from them but a different personality when wanting a exchange not even a refund. Totally shocked to see their bad behaviour . Definitely I will not recommend them. The both managers were defending thier college when she made a mistake clearly.
