Excellent Service
Excellent Service Purchased some doors and frames and I must say the service was second to none. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Howdens and will defiantly use again.

Lamona oven unreliabilty
A local fitter recommended a Lamona hob and oven to replace the ones we had for 16 years. The first oven had a warped door and was replaced. The second one created so much condensation the oven had to be mopped out after EVERY use. We upgraded the oven to a Bosch and incurred additional cost. We accepted that the oven was more expensive but are unhappy at having to pay an additional installation fee to replace defective appliances. Wrote to the CEO at Howdens and did not even get an acknowledgement. Manager at Milton Keynes depot was helpful but referred us back to the installer who said he was unable to consider cancelling the second installation fee. I think Howdens should consider this as it is their faulty oven which has caused so much hassle and expense.Got a holding reply email on Friday and Howdens were supposed to be getting back to me - heard nothing so continuing poor service. They obviously don’t care about dealing with genuine complaints, as they have not come back to me as promised.
