Good service

It wasn't a big order just 4 cabinates Ona tight budget . We had a look at the three ranges in the show room and Racheal came out and measured up with her good advice we had a plan. Within a week we were back and made our final Choices. I was most impressed with this phase where Rachel gave us different price options very clear + and minus including sourcing else where. The final price landed in budget and we really pleased with no issues on diliver and quality of a lower budget kitchen

Just wondering how long it takes to get…

Just wondering how long it takes to get a kitchen plan from Howdens? Answer 2weeks. We’ve just received some sort of plan with no costs included, they also stated we will email 2 or 3 versions, that didn’t happen. Now while patiently waiting decided to enquired with Magnet who after 24hrs emailed a Plan with detailed cost of all cupboards etc even down to appliances. This makes me think is something amiss with Howdens or do they not really want the business.

I would highly recommend Howdens...

I would highly recommend Howdens Kitchens in Morecambe. They were fantastic from start to finish. Russ who designed our kitchen was very helpful and patient. Even their delivery guy was polite and helpful. The kitchen is of good quality too. It has also been fit to a very high standard by Ben one of the fitters that was recommended. Thank you
