Called in today to check up on the design of a kitchen we are currently installing. All the staff at were very friendly and knowledgable and provided us with excellent advice, in particular the Assistant Manager, Danny, who went the extra mile to ensure that we had the correct materials to complete the project.

I recently had a great experience with Howdens Joinery in Morley and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to Will Smith, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was approachable, attentive, and clearly takes pride in looking after both his customers and his team. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his advice was spot on throughout. In fact, the level of service I received from Will was so much higher than my previous experience at another Howdens branch that I decided to move my account over to Morley. The difference in professionalism and customer care was clear. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where customer service is clearly a priority. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens Morley to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from the Howdens branch in Morley. I can genuinely say that I have not encountered a single aspect of the experience that could be improved. Ben and Danny were exceptional in handling my enquiry. Although the issue itself was not directly related to Howdens, but rather to Pacifica, their third-party warranty provider, Ben and Danny took full ownership of the situation. Acting promptly, professionally, and with great care, ultimately delivering a seamless and effective resolution. Their understanding and commitment to helping me were truly commendable. I would also like to recognise Will, the Branch Manager, whose level of service was equally impressive. He went above and beyond my expectations to support me, despite the matter not being the responsibility of Howdens. Will demonstrated genuine empathy, professionalism, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction. Even during a particularly busy period in the store, he ensured I felt fully supported while also managing the needs of other customers with efficiency and professionalism. Overall, I cannot fault the service I have received from Howdens. The team’s dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer care are of the highest standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to others.

I’ve been buying kitchens off howdens…

I’ve been buying kitchens off howdens at Morley for well over 10 years now, I always get fantastic service from all the staff, especially Dan, he designs all my kitchens, my drawings are always a little hazy but Dan just seems to know just how I want them to look and they always turn out great, and if any issues arise then he is always happy to help, all in all a very happy customer

The Morley depot is my number 1 go to , not just because it’s my local depot but because they more or less have everything I need in stock and I have a good relationship with all their staff . I personally Dan the assistant manager as he is always on the ball and a great help .

Howdens Morley

Got kitchen from Howdens Morley late 2024 and fitted by one of there contractors.Very smooth from start to finish.We had an issue with one of the under pelmet led strip lights a while after it was installed.Went to branch and spoke to Gary,who took all details for warranty replacement. I was kept informed by call and email through out and the part was replaced.Very happy with after sales service and would definitely use Howdens again
