Great experience with Howdens, Nairn.

Great experience with Howdens, Nairn. From 1st design to get the ball rolling to the final design with Iona. There was a few changes along the way which Howdens were more than happy to accomodate and the front desk along with the warehouse lads were very understanding and extremely helpful with us. We got the feeling that us being happy with the end product was the main aim, and we are delighted.

Howdens, Nairn - Claire was friendly and helpful - and patient. We reviewed a couple of design issues and she was great at helping work those through. Kitchen was delivered on time and we are really pleased with the overall look and feel of the kitchen and the quality of the units. Made the experience of buying the kitchen stress free - welcome when refurbing a kitchen !

New kitchen…

We popped in to discuss a new kitchen for our house. We spoke with Iona and she drew up our design, helping us to decide on cupboard style, fixtures and fittings etc. We were very pleased with the results shown on a big screen. The delivery and fitting worked perfectly for us and we are now using our lovely new kitchen and are really happy with it. Throughout the process Iona has been very helpful, professional and knowledgeable - answering our many queries quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Iona and the Nairn branch of Howdens.

Howden's team at Nairn a treat to work with.

Howden's team at Nairn were extremely helpful and accommodating. I felt bad at having to make changes and alter the design, but Claire was always extremely patient and helpful. I wouldn't definitely recommend their design team and their products. Well built and sturdy units which are easily installed as they came pre-built.

Everything I needed was available

Everything I needed was in stock and available for me to take away and get the job finished for my customer. Trying to match an old style mortice lock, so being able to open some boxes and measure up the new locks to see which was closest match, that really helped. Staff are always willing to help, which is great.
