Problems resolved quickly

The survey was carried out on time and a quick reply with the kitchen plans. We were given a very good discount on the order. We had some damaged items but they we quickly changed.There was a delay with the worktops which was due to the supplier but got resolved. Overall a nice kitchen when finished.

I was impressed with the quality and the professionalism of the staff. Choosing our kitchen from design to sitting in the office looking at a virtual reality of our kitchen was great. When we had any issues it was dealt with quickly with no fuss, Jordan the manager, Richard who designed the kitchen, Nevill, on the front desk, and even the guys in the warehouse all need a mention. Well done Howdens at Newport West.

Delivery disaster

Asked for a morning delivery on a Monday for a kitchen. Got a call the Friday be for to tell me it would be early afternoon which I saw ok with as I had the old kitchen to remove and some plumbing alterations to do. Called branch at 1.50pm for up date was told kitchen was being loaded and will be with me shortly. Called branch again at 3.50pm to find out where they were was told again it was being loaded and it was someone else’s kitchen that went out at 1.50pm kitchen finally turned up at 4.50pm totally waste of half a day. They don’t seem to understand that as a self employed person if you stand around all afternoon doing nothing you don’t earn anything.It all so make you look bad in front of the client when you have told them when you are expecting there kitchen to be delivered and it’s 4 to 5 hours late. Am serious considering taking my business to another supplier as I can’t afford to lose 4 to 5 hours on a job. Have another kitchen delivery booked. Let’s hope they can do better.

I purchased 10 tubes of Adhesive and Sealant it’s a great product and one benefit is it can be over painted used correctly it can remove the need for Caulk .
