Howdens in North Walsham - WOW!!

Howdens in North Walsham - wow!! They have been so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Matt came out to help design the kitchen. His knowledge was invaluable in choosing units to match worktops to match flooring. We went into store to talk through the design and make changes I had decided to do. Again, Matt talked me through what would and wouldn’t work. Delivery was quick and everything was present. Jake and all the staff in the showroom are just so friendly, as I have been back a few times to add parts to run in my conservatory and cloakroom to match the kitchen. Overall there is no doubt at all that I will be advising friends and family to purchase their kitchens from Howdens.

Nothing but excellence!

We have nothing but praise for the service we have received from Howdens'. The initial home design visit from Kyle was excellent with him listening to our requirements and producing a great design. The care received from all the staff at the North Walsham was so appreciated - a staff member even running out to our home to drop off some small parts on their way home from work. Howden's provided information in respect of kitchen fitters with us choosing a local based firm to carry out the work. Dale Cushion and Liam Clarke have been superb in every element of work. A pleasure to have in our home whilst they carried out the work. The standard of workmanship is 5* every aspect of the process being discussed with us to ensure we were happy.... which we were at every step. Everything they did was carried out with care and professionalism. We cannot recommend them and Howdens highly enough. Many thanks to all. Carl & Carol

Kitchen design and supply

Used Howdens in North Walsham to design and supply new kitchen. Kyle the designer was excellent and turned the design round in a few days. Always happy to help in branch and on the phone and came up with ideas to enhance the look of the kitchen. Can highly recommend this branch and the staff. Jake and Sam always know their stuff and are helpful and friendly. All round a very positive experience. Well done Scott and team.
